It is nearly midnight on Friday 13th and I am sat cross legged on the floor of the Times newsroom.

Its not my usual way of spending a Friday night.

But I am hunting for ghosts with the Essex Ghost Hunting team.

Legend has it that 76 High Street, Braintree is haunted.

And even the most cynical of staff admits there is something weird about the 15th century grade II listed building after dark.

We decided to invite paranormal experts in to have a look around.
