(Bridleway No.45 (Fenton Farm Bridge, ECC Structure No.1504), Rayne)
(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2012

Further to a notice under Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation act 1984, which commenced on 1 February 2012.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 temporarily closing to all traffic Bridleway No.45 (Fenton Farm Bridge, ECC Structure No.1504), Rayne, in the District of Braintree.

This restriction will last for 1 month, weather permitting, and is required in the interest of safety to the bridleway users and the workforce while essential bridge maintenance is undertaken to Fenton Farm Bridge.

The alternative route will be via Mill Lane, School Road, Bartholomew Green Lane, Crix Green Road, Frenches Green, Bridleway 20 Felsted, The Flitch Way and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 22 February 2012 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Street, Kelvedon)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Church Street, Kelvedon, in the District of Braintree, for a distance of approximately 10 metres either side of the level crossing.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 4 March 2012 for 1 day between the hours of 01:00 and 06:30 and on 11 March 2012 for 1 day between the hours of 01:00 and 06:30, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while level crossing maintenance works are undertaken.

Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.

The alternative route will be via B1024, A12, B1389, B1018, Rickstones Road, Church Road, Park Road, Park Gate Road, Hollow Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 4 March 2012 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Bell Lane, Great Bardfield)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Bell Lane, Great Bardfield, in the District of Braintree, from its junction with B1057 High Street, north, for a distance of approximately 450 metres.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 5 March 2012 for 2 days between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while BT Openreach undertake cabling works.

Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.

The alternative route will be via B1057 Bridge Street, B1063 Brent Hall Road, B1063 Finchingfield Road, Hotspur Green Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 5 March 2012 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
