(Rickstones Road, Rivenhall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Rickstones Road, Rivenhall, in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Forest Road, north, to its junction with Oak Road and Church Road, a distance of approximately 1,265.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 12 March 2012 for 5 days between the hours of 07:00 and 17:00, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway repairs are undertaken by Essex County Council.

Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure. School buses will be escorted through the closure.

The alternative route will be via Rickstones Road, B1018 Cressing Road, Temple Lane, Western Road, Park Road, Church Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 12 March 2012 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Footpath No.14 (Cranes No.1 Footcrossing), Cressing and Footpath No.11 (Cranes No.2 Footcrossing), White Notley) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath No.14 (Cranes No.1 Footcrossing), Cressing and Footpath No.11 (Cranes No.2 Footcrossing), White Notley, in the District of Braintree, for a distance of approximately 20 metres either side of the crossings.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 12 March 2012 for 1 night between the hours of 01:00 hours and 06:00 hours, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing.

The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while tamping works are undertaken.

The Order will come into effect on 12 March 2012 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are finished, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Street, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) (No.2) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Church Street, Kelvedon, in the District of Braintree, for a distance of approximately 10 metres either side of the level crossing.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 13 March 2012 for 1 night between the hours of 23:20 and 05:00 and on 15 March 2012 for 1 night between the hours of 01:00 and 05:00, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while tamping works are undertaken at the level crossing.

Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.

The alternative route will be via Church Street, B1024 London Road, Al2, B1389 Colchester Road, Collingwood Road, B1018, Cressing Road, Witham Road, Braintree Road, Long Green, Ashes Road, Lanham Green Road, Boars Tye Road, Western Road, Park Road, Church Road, Oak Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 13 March 2012 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(B1024 High Street/London Road, Kelvedon) (Temporary Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To introduce a temporary 'No Waiting between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00 daily' on the following length of B1024 High Street/London Road, Kelvedon, in the District of Braintree:

Description
Both sides, from its junction with B1024 Station Road, to its junction with The Cloisters, a distance of approximately 2200 metres.

The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008' shall be temporarily amended to include the restrictions specified in this order. The existing No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions which are located within the length of road specified in the Schedule to this order will remain in force and take precedent over the above restriction

The restriction is scheduled to commence for 4 nights between 12 March 2012 and 30 March 2012 and will be in operation between the hours of 20:00 and 06:00, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and are required in order to accommodate a diversion route for a closure on the A12.

The Highways Authority will provide a letter drop to residents.

Emergency service vehicles will be permitted to wait on the above lengths of road.

The Order will come into operation on 12 March 2012 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works on the A12 have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Section 53 Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Definitive Map and Statement for the County of Essex
The Essex County Council Definitive Map

A: Modification No. 502 (Footpath 150 Braintree & Bocking, Braintree District) Order 2012
B: Modification No. 509 (Footpath 25 Stebbing, Uttlesford District) Order 2012

The above Order made on 24 January 2012 and 17 February 2012 if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map for the area by:-

A: Adding a footpath running from the north eastern end of Ajax Close, Braintree at point A on the Order map in a north westerly direction to the boundary with Bocking Blackwater Local Nature Reserve at point B on the Order map.

B: The addition of two stiles indicated by a "S" on the Order plan.

A: A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Braintree District Council, Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, CM7 9HB and at the Chelmsford Library, Market Road, where copies will be available on request at a charge.

B: A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Uttlesford District Council, Council Offices, London Road, Saffron Walden, Essex, CB11 4ER and at the Chelmsford Library, Market Road, where copies will be available on request at a charge.

Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Head of Essex Legal Services, Essex County Council, County Hall, Chelmsford, CM1 1 LX, to arrive not later than 20 April 2012 and it is requested that the grounds on which it is made are stated.

If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Essex County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State, may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections, which have been duly made and not withdrawn, will be sent with it.
