(Footpath No.18, Hatfield Peverel) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath No.18, Hatfield Peverel, in the District of Braintree, from its junction with New Road, south for a distance of approximately 30 metres and then east for approximately 70 metres.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 26 March 2012 for 6 months, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while development works are undertaken.

The alternative route will be via New Road —footpath between 57 - 55 New Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 26 March 2012 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are finished, whichever is the earlier.
