Statutory Notice to Creditors and Others IN THE ESTATE OF ALFRED JAMES HYDE DECEASED

PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925

 NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Alfred James Hyde deceased late of Chapel House The Street Bradwell Braintree Essex CM77 8EL who died on 9th day of December 2011 and Letters of Administration to whose estate was granted on 22nd March 2012 out of the Ipswich Probate Registry to Matthew William Hyde are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned Matthew William Hyde on or before (minimum 2 months and one day after publication) after which date the said Administrator will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they had notice and he shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands he then had not had notice.
