Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named deceased, late of 46 Laburnham Way, Withem, Essex SS17 8JL who died 2nd November 2012 , is required to send particulars to Messrs Penmans of 83a St Johns Way, Corringham, Essex. SS17 7LL by 10th April.2013 after which date the Administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
