Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011 Blackmore End St Mary the Virgin (Diocese of Chelmsford)

The Church Commissioners have prepared a draft scheme providing for the sale of the closed church building of Blackmore End St Mary the Virgin and part of the churchyard for residential use. You may obtain a copy of the draft scheme from the Commissioners or inspect it at the Blackmore End Village Hall. You may make representations for or against the draft scheme in writing to Anne Griffiths, the Closed Churches Division, Church Commissioners, Church House, Great Smith Street, London SW1P 3AZ, or by email to (anne.griffiths@churchofengland.org) to reach her not later than 28 February 2013. We cannot treat any communication received after this date as a representation. Anne Griffiths will be available to answer questions about the draft proposals at the Blackmore End Village Hall on Wednesday 6 February from 3 to 7 p.m.
