APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE* (Sections 34 or 84 of the Licensing Act 2003)

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION HAS BEEN MADE:
APPLICANT:
Kelvedon Conservative Club.
ADDRESS OF PREMISES: 84, High Street, Kelvedon, CO5 9AA.
SUMMARY OF APPLICATION:The variation is to allow the club to stay open to serve alcohol for an additional hour on busy nights up until midnight. This is expected to be on the occasional Friday and Saturday night. All bar sales are to members of the club and are in the main for consumption on the premises but a small percentage may be off sales.

A copy of this application may be inspected on the Licensing Register at Causeway House, Braintree from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a maximum fine of £5,000 is payable by any person on summary conviction for the offence.
