PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the Braintree District Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 21st September 2015. Applicant Ptaistow Broadway Filling Stations Limited. Address of premises: Rayne Road Service Station, Rayne Road, Braintree, Essex, CM7 2QS. Proposed variation to the licensable activities: I. Extend the hours for the sale of alcohol (for consumption off the premise) to 24 hours per day, seven days per week. 2. Remove seasonal restrictions for sale of alcohol on Christmas Day and Good Friday. 3. Add the provision of late night refreshment 23.00-05.00 hours, seven days per week.4. Increase the footprint and change the internal layout of the premise. 5. Remove conditions attached to the licence and replace them with updated conditions.
