Notice is hereby given that Wilkin & Sons Ltd. Has applied in respect of the Barns Tea Room, Cressing Temple, CM77 8PD for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act to allow for provision of: Plays, films, live music, recorded music, dance performances and the sale of alcohol, between the hours of 09.00 and 23.00 Monday- Sunday.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 19th August 2016 to the Braintree District Council Licensing Authority at Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, CM7 9HB where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
