Charity founder feels 'fulfilled' after creating baby loss ribbon display in Witham
RIBBONS have been placed on Witham' High Street in memory to babies loved and lost in the town. Baby bereavement charity, Little Wings of Hope was established by Leila Hobart in August 2023, one month after the sad loss of her son, Oscar.

'A vital presence in our town' - Street warden named best in Essex at awards
A "KIND and caring" street warden from Witham has been crowned one of the best in the county at an awards ceremony. Paul Wiseman, who joined Witham Town Council in December 2023, was named Accredited Person of the Year at the Essex Community Safety
