A livid commuter is determined to hold a train operator to account for “appaling” failings week after week.
Nathalie Rose put her rage in writing to Greater Anglia after a catalogue of delays and cancellations on the Braintree branch line left furious commuters out-of-pocket and stranded.
PA Mrs Rose, who catches the train in Cressing, has been travelling to London for 30 years and said she has been experiencing the worst train service she can “ever remember”.
She sent Greater Anglia a list of delays and cancellations to illustrate her point.
MP Brooks Newmark said he would be taking up the issue with the train firm.
Made strong representation to @greateranglia mgt on behalf of constituents on appalling service on Braintree to Witham spur line recently.

A Greater Anglia spokesman said: "We're very concerned to hear of Mrs Rose's experiences and we will make contact with her directly regarding the issues raised in her letter.
“We realise that in recent weeks our service to customers has fallen short of what we would usually expect to provide and we apologise for that."
