Witham: Driver freed from car after crash
A driver was cut free from their vehicle after an accident in Kelvedon this morning.
Essex Fire and Rescue received reports of a one-vehicle accident in Coggeshall Road at 9.15am.
Crews from Coggeshall and Tiptree attended the scene and used specialist cutting equipment to release the driver, a woman in her 60s, by 10.15am.
She was treated for minor injuries by the ambulance service before being taken to Colchester Hospital for further treatment.
