A Christmas gift and food fair will be held this weekend.
Helen Rollason Cancer Charity is holding the annual event at Chelmsford City Racecourse on Saturday and Sunday from 10am.
The charity says the fair is one of the region’s biggest and best Christmas shopping events with independent retailers stocking a variety of items.
Alongside the shopping stands there will be popular food trucks and stalls, including The Giggly Pig Company, Spice Queen and Cheese and Pie Man.
Live entertainment will include Chelmsford Community Gospel Choir, Dunmow Wind Band, The D’Ukes, Braintree Male Voice Choir, The Chelmsford Guitar Orchestra and The Sound Collective.
Kate Alden, fundraising manager, said: “We are all getting very excited for this year’s Christmas Gift and Food Fair. We’ve attracted some wonderful gift traders, which combined with the array of fantastic food sellers and live entertainment makes for a great event for all the family.”
“We look forward to seeing you there.”
Entry is £5 for adults, £4 for senior citizens and free for 16 and under.
