Covid infection rates are on the rise as more cases of the Delta variant are identified.
Figures show that the Braintree district currently has an average Covid rate of 28.2 cases per 100,000 people.
During the seven days to June 17 there were 43 cases recorded across the area, up from the 28 recorded in the week before.
Six areas the district recorded more than three cases during this week, meaning they are included on the Government's hotspots map.
The rest has seen less than three cases, meaning the virus is class as "suppressed" in these areas.

Great Notley and Black Notley has been removed from the list since last week.
The areas with cases are:
- Central Braintree - 4
- Braintree South - 4
- Halstead Central & West - 3
- Hedingham, Gosfield & Greenstead Green - 3
- Coggeshall & Kelvedon - 4
- North Witham - 3
Of the 315 local areas in England, 267 (85%) have seen a rise in rates, 44 (14%) have seen a fall and four are unchanged.
Blackburn with Darwen in Lancashire continues to have the highest rate, with 796 new cases in the seven days to June 17 – the equivalent of 531.7 cases per 100,000 people.
This is down from 600.6 in the seven days to June 10.
