Two areas of the Braintree district have seen a recent spike in Covid cases.
The lastest figures show that Witham South, Hatfield Peverel and White Notley has recorded a total of 14 cases in the seven days leading up to June 24.
Halstead East and Colnes has also recorded a spike with 12 new cases in the same time period.
Across the whole district a total of 79 cases have been recorded in the last seven days and the infection rate stands at 51.8 per 100,000 people.
Four areas of the distritc appear in white on the Governments Covid hotspot map, meaning they have recorded fewer than three cases in the lasts even days and the virus is classes as "surpressed".
