A CELEBRITY antiques expert is set to visit a town today in the search for the 'real deal'.

Simon Schneider is best known for his many appearances on Dickinson’s Real Deal.

The TV antiques experts is inviting people to bring along their unwanted treasures and will be offering top cash prices for Gold, Silver and quality Antiques.

Simon is highly trusted and respected for his knowledge and expertise and has featured in all sixteen series of the hit antiques programme Dickinson’s Real Deal and all five series of Secret Dealers.

Now Simon has come to Witham in a visit to the Rivenhall Hotel in Rivenhall End.

He is appearing in the town today from 10am to 5pm (October 7).

Simon said: “I have been touring the country in response to the demand I receive from the public wishing to sell their valuables.

"I have hundreds of highly satisfied clients and I am looking forward to visiting Essex where I hope to unearth some unusual and interesting items.

“It is impossible to list all the items I am interested in buying, if you think you have something of interest bring it along, it costs nothing for me to take a look.”

Simon paid a visit to Southend yesterday and can also be seen at the Cross Keys Hotel in Saffron Walden and the Lifehouse Spa and Hotel in Frinton on October 8 and October 9 respectively.
