A PRIMARY school is set to thrill guests with a huge fireworks event next month.

The popular Kelvedon St. Mary's Primary Academy fireworks display is set to return on November 6.

As a registered charity, the Parent Teachers Friends Association at the school are looking to raise enough money to be able to give each year group a school trip to remember.

Doors open at 5pm with a children's performance at 5.30pm, and the exciting fireworks display at 6.30pm,

There will also be a range of food stalls, mulled wine, glow toys, a bar, and sweets and treats to enjoy.

And a raffle at the event hopes to boost the fundraising effort.

Independent businesses in the area are supporting the event, including Janet C Davies funeral directors, Jade at Keller Williams, The Little Fish Company, The Sun Inn in Feering, Deal of Kelvedon, Indigo Ross, FCL, Cala Homes, Essex Ovencleaners, and ASM Scaffold Solutions.

Tickets are available from Kelvedon Post Office, The Sandwich Shop, Cottees Butchers, and ParentPay, at £6 for adults and £3 for children.

On the gate entry will be £8 for adults and £4 for children, and under 3's go free.

Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
