Supporter Engagement Fundraiser at St Helena Jo Clarke said: “On behalf of everyone here at St Helena Hospice I would like to say thank you so much for holding a Gentleman’s evening and raising an amazing £1634.50, we are so grateful.
"Your kind donation could provide compassionate care and support to forty two patients in their last days of life from a healthcare assistant.
“In addition to this it will provide the care and support Twenty families in crisis needs in the depth of night with a visit from a SinglePoint nurse in their home, which is amazing.
“We simply couldn’t provide our services without your support.
“You are making a real difference to local people facing incurable illness and bereavement, thank you for your continued support”.
