A BUSINESS has landed a regional award after setting up free website for charities.

We Create Digital, which is based in Coggeshall, is a web development and SEO agency.

The company has won the Federation of Small Businesses’ regional East of England community award thanks to its free websites for charities and organisations.

One project they provided a free website for was a playground fundraising group.

Thanks to an online shop selling locally-themed merchandise, the group was able to raise the funds to finish redeveloping a new playground in Coggeshall.

After its win at the regional awards, We Create Digital is now in the running for the Community category in the national Celebrating Small Business Awards, which are being held in May.

Company director Anna Appleton-Claydon said: “We are thrilled to win this award as it means so much to us that we can support our community and for the FSB to recognise our work.”

Coggeshall councillor Tom Walsh added: “I’m delighted to see that a dynamic local business here in Coggeshall, We Create Digital, has just won the community award in the regional section of the Federation of Small Businesses Awards.”
