A LEADING constructor in the East of England has secured ongoing work at two major homebuilding sites in mid Essex.
Anderson has been awarded ongoing contracts at sites in Maldon and Silver End, totalling £7million.
The two new project successes for Anderson are based at the existing sites of Limebrook Park in Maldon and the Silver End site, near Witham.
Both are continuations of work won back in 2018.
Andrew Nowosad, associate commercial director of construction at Anderson, said the wins are testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team.
He added: “I am pleased to confirm that we have gone on to secure the balance of all groundworks for 111 units on phase three of the Taylor Wimpey Handley Gardens development at Limebrook Park.
"Having secured the first contract back in 2018, the project team have done a fantastic job in continuing to deliver and satisfy the high level of safety and quality Anderson prides itself on setting out to achieve.”
Limebrook Park is a development of 650 homes.
Contracted by Taylor Wimpey, Anderson has so far completed all groundworks on phase one, consisting of 200 houses and infrastructure including all associated new estate roads, together with an extensive wider work package stretching over 1.5 miles.
The Meadow View site is a collection of three and four-bedroom homes near Braintree, at Silver End, which was created by window-maker Francis Crittall, to house his factory workers in the 1920s.
