There was also a 99 per cent pass rate in English and Maths
Among Felsted’s top GCSE performers were Poppy H, Isabel W, Niamh W and Guy M-J.
Poppy, Isabel and Niamh all achieved a full set of grade 9s plus two As and a B in Additional Maths respectively.
Felsted’s top performing boy is all-round Academic and Sport Scholar Guy M-J.
Other top achievers include; Danielle F, Michaela H, Ellie D, Jemima L, Ambrose L, Toby S, Deborah A, Josh T and Shesh A-J.
These results follow an equally strong year for A Levels and IB at Felsted.
Headteacher Chris Townsend said: “There are some exceptional results this year, with as many as a dozen pupils achieving better than six GCSEs at grade 9.
There are also many others whose achievements reflect the brilliant progress that has been made.
“Achieving these results after a difficult few years is credit to the effort of all the teaching staff, pastoral support, parental commitment, and, most important of all, the hard work and determination of all the students.”
