A “SUBSTANTIAL amount” of jewellery was stolen in an early evening raid.
Police are investigating a burglary in Stansted last week.
An address in Dairy Lane was broken into between 6pm and 7.30pm last Friday, January 6.
The force has said a “substantial amount” of jewellery was taken, including a gold pendant with etching on a long, heavy gold chain.

A spokesman said: “If you have any information about the incident or have been offered items for sale we need you contact us.
“If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.
“Please quote the crime reference number 42/3209/23.
