STUDENTS have been sent home early by a secondary school “due to unforeseen circumstances”.
Tabor Academy in Panfield Lane made the decision to close at 2.30pm.
The school has issued an apology to parents and said more details on the circumstances of the early closure will be released later.

Anita Johnson, chief executive officer of the Loxford School Trust wrote to parents and said: “Due to unforeseen circumstances, Tabor Academy will be closing today at 2.30pm.
“I apologise for the inconvenience this will cause.
“I am grateful for your support in this matter and will write to you later regarding the circumstances.”
