BRAINTREE business park welcomes three new units for logistics and light industrial work. 

Construction work has finished on three units set for logistics or light industrial use at the Horizon 120 business innovation and logistics park in Great Notley, Braintree.

Councillor Kevin Bowers and senior officers met with owners of The Marshgate Group to celebrate and mark the milestone this week.

Councillor Kevin Bowers, the cabinet member of assets, housing and skills at Braintree District Council, said: "This marks an important milestone in the growth of Horizon 120 as a strategic location for businesses.

"We are creating a modern, flexible and sustainable business park which attracts investment offers business opportunities and creates jobs for residents."

David Warburton, the managing director of the Marshgate Group, said: "We are delighted to have completed this best-in-class development.

"It is a unique offering for the North Essex industrial market where there is a scarce supply of prime space.
