A HOUSEBUILDING company teamed up with a storyteller to bring magic to pupils of primary school.
To celebrate Storytelling Day, Dandara joined forces with Hannah Brailsford of Tiny Tales Storytelling to bring the world of stories to life for pupils at Bocking Primary School.
World's Storytelling Day focuses on communities celebrating, sharing and spreading stories in as many languages and as many countries as possible.
Rachel Lindop, of Dandara Eastern, said: "With so many people recognising the power of storytelling this past week, it was great to provide pupils at Bocking Primary with their taste of storytelling magic.
"It was fantastic getting the opportunity to engage with Braintree’s younger generation, and we are so proud to have a fantastic school close by."
Hannah Cagney, the headteacher at Bocking Primary School, said: "We’re so glad our pupils had the chance to celebrate the joy of storytelling following World Storytelling Day earlier in the week.
"It was wonderful to see the children so engaged in the stories. You could see their imaginations at work."
"The children were so excited and mesmerised by Hannah’s storytelling – they couldn’t stop talking about it after.
"We want to say a big thank you to Dandara for organising this activity."
