NEW food hygiene ratings have been awarded to five establishments in the Braintree district, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
Strike Shack at The Essex, the driving range at The Essex Golf And Leisure Club in Earls Colne, was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 28.
On the same day, The Essex Golf and Country Club in Earls Colne was also assessed and given a score of four.
Indian takeaway Ifraaz, in Witham, was given a four-out-of-five score.
Two pubs were also assessed, with The George Inn in Shalford given four and The Hare and Hounds in High Garrett given a three.
