A BRAINTREE bar is celebrating after being recognised as one of the best bars in the country.
After outshining its competitors in a fiercely contested race for 'best in Essex' title, Number 92 Bar in the High Street has entered the 'best in the country' competition as one of the five finalists.

The bar's success lies in its ability to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a diverse range of premium beverages and expertly crafted cocktails that have captivated customers' taste buds.
Matthew Dawes, owner of Number 92 bar, was "over the moon" when he received the Muddy Stilettos 'best bar in Essex' award.
After now being selected as one of the finalists, he said: "I’m absolutely delighted for the bar and our wonderful team, and am very grateful to our customers.

"To be best in Essex was amazing but to now be ranked in the top five in the country is something else."
Number 92's extensive menu has everything from signature mixes to classics with a twist.
The bar has also played host to an series of memorable events, including live music performances, themed nights and special celebrations, making it a go-to destination for revellers in Braintree.
