A LUXURY housebuilder recently hosted a showhome launch event at its new Mulberry Homes at its Braintree development.

Situated off Rayne Road, Mulberry Homes at Braintree, which is the housebuilder’s first ever development in the county, consists of just 42 two, three and four-bedroom homes priced from £339,950 to £584,950 which will be move-in-ready for summer.

The event took place from 11am to 4pm and allowed Essex property seekers to speak to the sales team and take a tour of the newly opened four-bedroom The Humberstone showhome.

The detached homes feature a spacious living room and open plan kitchen and dining area, as well as a separate utility room.

Upstairs are four large bedrooms, one of which features an en suite and a family bathroom.

All of the features in the home are built to the housebuilder’s characteristic high specification, including laminate worktops, glass splashbacks, Blanco sinks and taps, and luxury Porcelanosa tiles and flooring.

Residents were also able to get a sneak preview before the event started, as Mulberry Homes personally delivered special invitations to them.

Attendees also enjoyed barista-style coffee and tea, as well as delicious cakes and pastries courtesy of The Rolling Bean.
