THE opening date of a new pizza chain coming to Braintree has been delayed, bosses have said.
Domino’s is set to open its new store next to Tesco in Notley Green, Great Notley, at the site of the former dry cleaners.
The new store was supposed to be opening in just under two weeks, on November 27.
However, bosses have now confirmed the opening date has been delayed.
A spokesman said: “Due to circumstances out of our control, the store opening has been delayed until the New Year.
“We are very excited to be coming to Great Notley.”
The popular pizza company was given permission to open the new site by planning bosses earlier this year.
Until this store, the nearest Domino’s was in Coggeshall Road, about four miles from where the company is set to open its newest outlet.
The store and is currently recruiting for a variety of roles, including shift managers, pizza-makers, and delivery drivers.
