A BRAINTREE business has been recognised in a top industry award for its commitment to excellent customer service.
Bluemanor Windows has been shortlisted for the coveted G23 Award for Best Customer Care Initiative.
The family-run business supplies and fits doors, windows and more recently facade cladding to homes from its Braintree headquarters.
Using its own in-house team of installers was one of the key factors which led judges to recognise Bluemanor as a leader in its field.
Mark Nuth, of Bluemanor, said: “We are proud to be accredited by several industry-leading organisations, which recognise our commitment to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our customers.

Congratulating Bluemanor on their recognition, Lisa Grosse, marketing manager at Cedral, said: “Bluemanor are a superb business, which like us really tries to put customers at the centre of every decision.
