A housebuilder is set to launch the second phase of new homes at a development in Braintree.

Dandara unveiled the new houses at the Towerlands Park development at the weekend.

The phase two launch follows the successful completion of the first phase.

Gemma Bannister, head of sales at Dandara Eastern, said: "We are thrilled to be launching our second phase at Towerlands Park, and with 80 per cent of phase one already sold, there’s no better time to reserve a new home in this prime location.

"As the first house type to be reserved at Towerlands Park, re-introducing the Kingston was especially important to us.

To give potential residents an idea of what they can expect, Dandara has opened two new show homes.

The Windsor and the Vyne both feature open-plan kitchen/dining rooms and spacious bedrooms.

Properties at Towerlands Park start from £340,000 for two-bedroom semi-detached homes.

Dandara is also offering a five per cent deposit contribution on selected homes reserved by the end of February.
