A “QUIRKY” young pup is looking for a new family to give her a forever home.
The Danaher Animal Shelter, in Wethersfield, is appealing to find somewhere for old English bulldog puppy Bella.
A spokesman said: “Bella is our beautiful 11-month-old, old English bulldog puppy.
“Bella is a quirky happy young lady who loves running around gardens and lots of interesting toys to play with and chew on.
“She enjoys playing with other dogs and would be happy to share her home with the right dog, but has no interest in living with a cat.
“Bella has no experience with children, so would need a house of taller humans to help teach her how to be a good roommate.
“This is also because she is partially deaf, which has its advantages around fireworks and bangs, but needs to be considered more, as training and recall will be slightly different with a partially deaf pet.
“Bella will be neutered, microchipped, wormed, deflead and vaccinated when adopted from Danaher Animal Home, so all that is waiting is her cosy sofa and new family.”
