A YOUNG dog who will “fill your life with joyful enthusiasm and loving companionship” is looking for his new home.
The Danaher Animal Shelter in Wethersfield is appealing to find a new home for two-year-old Lurcher Charlie.
A spokesman said: “Meet Charlie, who has a heart as big as his size.
“He’s the kind of dog who will fill your life with joyful enthusiasm and loving companionship.
“Charlie's a lively lad who's got plenty of energy to share.
“He's vibrant and full of beans – perfect for those who enjoy spending time outdoors.
“But don't you worry, while he may be boisterous at times, steady guidance and positive reinforcement from an experienced hand will help him settle down nicely.
“If you've had a dog before, especially a larger breed like our Charlie, you'll be a smashing match.
“Charlie's already toilet trained and has lived harmoniously with children and other pets, including cats and smaller dog breeds.
“His previous experience in a flat means he's already a pro at adapting to different environments.
“So, if you're up for lots of love, play, and the occasional snuggle with a dog who's got a lot of love to give, Charlie's your boy.”
