Witham Leisure Centre is operated by Fusion Lifestyle which has teamed up with Essex Activate for the sessions.

The course will give families the chance to improve their kitchen skills, while allowing them to prepare tasty, nutritious, and healthy meals.

Jamie set up the Ministry of Food to inspire schools and communities across the UK to help more people enjoy the benefits of cooking and eating balanced meals.

The course at the leisure centre will be run by nutritional therapist and health coach Amanda Harrison.
