A CAR technician has been fined £482 for three separate road traffic offences.
Fraser Holding appeared before Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday to admit charges of driving a vehicle without due care and attention, driving a vehicle with an indistinguishable registration mark, and exceeding a 60mph speed limit.
Officials fined Holding, a self-employed motor vehicle technician, £280 and ordered him to pay further costs of £202.
Holding, of Gosfield Road, Braintree, also had his driving licence endorsed with six points.
