A STALLED vehicle has caused a part of a busy Essex road to become blocked - resulting in slow traffic conditions.
Traffic control has reported a stalled vehicle is currently partially blocking traffic on the A12 Southbound between Witham South Latneys, and Hatfield Peverel North, towards Chelmsford.
It was first reported at 6.22am and is still causing congestion for motorists in the area.
Traffic control said: "Partially blocked and slow traffic due to stalled vehicle on A12 Southbound between Latneys Witham South and J20B B1137 The Street (Hatfield Peverel North)."
