Traffic is building up after a major Essex road has been partially blocked during early rush hour traffic.
The A|12 has been partially blocked due to an obstruction on the road at the Chelmsford bypass after J19.
According to AA Traffic News, the travel time has increased by 20 minutes, as traffic is building up on the southbound road, starting near Hatfield Peverel.
Travellers are advised to avoid the area if possible until the obstruction is cleared.
