Police are looking to speak to a man to help their investigation into the fraudulent use of a bank card in mid Essex.
Essex Police are asking for help to identify a man they want to speak to as part of their inquiries into an incident in Chelmsford.
The incident took place on September 7.
Anyone with information regarding the man’s identity or in relation to the incident is asked to contact Essex Police, quoting incident 257 of September 7.
