The A12 northbound is closed between J19 A131 (Boreham Interchange) and J20B B1137 The Street (Hatfield Peverel North).
There are severe delays of twelve minutes and delays increasing on B1137 The Street Eastbound in Hatfield Peverel.
The average speed is ten miles per hour.
