Two crashes near Braintree are causing traffic chaos and long delays.
Traffic is building up as the A120 Coggeshall Road has been partially blocked following a crash near the Marks Farm Roundabout.
The incident was first reported at around 8.42am and took place on the roundabout.
A second incident took place at the Galleys Corner Roundabout, affecting the Westbound carriageway of the A120.
It took place shortly after the first incident and delays were first reported at 8.55am.
Both incidents have left the roads partially blocked.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible and allow extra time for their journeys.
