Chris Noble, of Barnston Mission, led the Sunday morning service, which included communion with Andrew Tustian at the keyboard.
At the church meeting it was reported that several young people had attended the Brigades, Rock Solid and the mums and toddlers group.
Harvest thanksgiving will be at 10.45am on Sunday, with the Boys’ and Girls’ Brigades on parade, to be followed by lunch.
Boxes of food for Harvest for the Hungry will be collected and any other produce will be sold on Monday at 6pm for World Vision.
