President Joan Cummins welcomed members to the September meeting.
The speaker was Andrew Tokley, who gave a presentation on seeds and plants and new varieties.
Birthday cards were given to Dot Sargent and Joan Cummins. Refreshments were served by Angela Adams and Angela Paramor.
The next meeting will be held on October 8 for the 85th anniversary dinner.
