A woman left housebound because of a form of autism has praised pole dancing for helping her change her life.
Kaiya Latham, 27, who has Asperger syndrome, suffered from anxiety and was unable to talk to people outside her family.
But five years ago she decided to try out pole dance fitness classes on a whim - and now runs her own business, KL Pole Studio, and teaches from a studio based at her home.
