FIGURES have revealed which area of the district have the high coverage of Covid vaccines.
NHS data shows that 53,984 people have received a vaccine jab in Braintree equating to 44 per cent of those aged 16 and over.
The latest avilable data only takes into consideration jabs given out up until March 14.
The area with the highest coverage is Bures Hamlet, Maplestead and Belchamp, with 54.9 per cent of people aged 16 and over given their first dose.

West Witham is currently the lowst with 36.5 per cent done.

Areas with the highest coverage:
1) Bures Hamlet, Maplestead & Belchamp, with 54.9% of people aged 16 and over given their first dose
2) Halstead East & Colnes, 53.2%
3) Steeple Bumpstead & Great Yeldham, 50.7%
Areas with the lowest coverage:
1) Braintree South, 34.8%
2) Central Braintree, 35.3%
3) West Witham, 36.5%
