The town is in mourning after police launch two manslaughter investigations and tributes are paid to mum-of -three found dead.

In the past few weeks police have arrested three people on suspicion of manslaughter following two separate deaths in the town.

Police arrested two men after Marc Clapson, 37, was found dead at his home in Rose Hill on December 27.

Another man was arrested after the death of 65-year-old Valerie Ager following an argument between dog owners.

The body of Lisa Castell, 28, was discovered in Cressing Road, Braintree, on Saturday.

Police were called to the garden where she was found but said there were no suspicious circumstances.
